Small Item Delivery: Our parcel couriers deliver on weekdays between 8am and 8pm. Smaller items are sent via courier. Please inspect your item upon delivery as you have 24 hours to report any damages.

Large Item Delivery: Delivery hours are between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Larger items may arrive on a pallet. Please note that drivers cannot move pallets across certain surfaces or into properties. They will only move the pallet to the kerbside. Consider factors like parking restrictions and delivery vehicle size.

Delivery Charges: Delivery is free on orders above £250 across mainland UK. Additional charges may apply for certain areas. Contact us for delivery quotes if you’re outside mainland UK.

Delivery Timescales: Most orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days. Bespoke products or out-of-stock items may take longer. Contact us for specific requirements.
